🐘in last photo on this one from @hobanpress who I asked about some pricing on cards that I totally haven't given good details to quote. To add to their aggravation I started really thickly about the elephant thing, which Evan totally obliged with. Hoban is a commercial printer and I worked 15 year or so for a commercial printer, which makes stuff like this just always charming to see and I've seen an insane number of business cards from commercial printers, paper vendors and the print industry's various other vendors. His print is really solid and the cards are awesome. Letterpress is just cool as hell and I have watched so much of the same stuff guys do die cutting (which is insanely boring) instead of #letterpressprinting (which is still insanely boring but looks cooler than die cutting alone).

I think my scanner kind of captures it good enough but one of the stocks is a super thick like 360GSM+ board type of card that has a loud bang of an impact but no one carries more than ten at once thickness. Other card is nice and thick but not like 1mm .004 monster thick. Anyways I'm thinking if I can make the price work of doing letterpress letterhead type pages for the "draw your own if you don't have any paper" or the supplied paper or whatever you want to call that. When I started sending that I figured nowhere would use it and honestly I think it's more than 50/50 for it, so #TLDR maybe getting some stationery and Evan's elephant is decent and I love stickers. #drawmeanelephant #letterpress #stationery #stationeryporn #letterpressporn #nocluehowhashtagsworkandatthispointimtoaffraidtoask
