My dad and I used to have a family tradition that on Christmas Day we ate no food and the only calories allowed were from candy, shelling nuts, or booze. It’s kind of like fasting for whatever religion it is that fasts on a day but significantly drunker and with more M&Ms and Brazil Nuts. So today I did a Texas shitload of letters today in various fineliners instead of fountain pens and so far I have not used a fountain pen all day. I had previously written maybe 5 sentences tops and most of the pens were free from either @paper_mate @sharpie from work or gifted by @dogfishinn with the only ones I paid for being the Bics from @olliesoutlet so don't think I just accumulated all these fineliners I don't use on some Imelda Marcos shoe collecting. I did once buy a @parkerpen 5th technology that's not pictured and since I don't celebrate Festivus will forego the airing of grievances and defer to my aunt's wisdom that it's better to be kind than right. #drawmeanelephant #fineliner #5thtechnology
