- If you want fountain pens I'd imagine pretty much everyone just shops local as that would make sense. I have some here that are from Ohio and it's kind of your instinct a little bit to be proud of your home state. I'm sure every state has a few of these guys, but @edisonpenco makes some ridiculously nice pens and is out of northern Ohio while Bexley is out of Bexley and just kind of antisocial and I don't think does social media. I don't know if everyone in the pen world loves Howard Levy but any time I hear him mentioned someone pipes up that he's their favorite person at pen shows. Definitely one of mine. Couple of cheaper Bexley Prometheus, a Submariner, a Molteni Curakova contract pen, an Edison Menlo Pump Filler, and an Extended Mina. Anyways, Ohio has some decent pens and I make no apologies for my terrible photos of great #fountainpens #menlopumpfiller #bexleysubmariner #bexleyprometheus #moltenifountainpen #edisonfountainpen — August 28, 2020 · 9:40 AM UTC · post
- Okay so I don't know how the internet works but @brian.goulet had a thing on @youtube and it was for @gouletpens for the #noodlerscharliepen which I love and own a lot of. @penaddict follows me and does actual review stuff, so follow him for something serious. I wrote some words in the Charlie and HOLY HELL HERE'S A LOT OF INDIAN PENS SO BUCKLE UP. After the Charlies are two Kanwrite Apex with @conway_stewart nibs in them and yes two 70¢ pens with these nibs are probably my favorite pens. Next are @noodlersink #ahab pens followed by @kanwrite_kanpurwriters Heritage (piston filler, sorry the demo is full of @jherbininks Emeril da Chauffeur) and some more Kanwrite. Another Kanwrite with a @pelikan_usa nib from a mid 1990s trainwreck that all the sections rotted and no other pen is compatible from Pelikan. Rounded off with some @asapens and a @ranga_pens mixed in. This is a ton of Indian kit and these are all great pens, even if they look odd. Friction fit Indian made feeds. Natural materials honor crafted by people who care. #fountainpens #asapens #rangapens #kanwriteheritage #kanwritepens #penaddict #nocluehowhashtagsworkandatthispointimtoaffraidtoask — August 28, 2020 · 9:02 AM UTC · post
- New stamps, who dis? I'm trying to channel my inner cringey mom and since women get to celebrate being able to vote rather than an anniversary for the #airingofgrievances for how oppressive and terrible it used to be. Thanks for not rubbing my nose in that one and here's a photo of the stamps and a bottle of @noodlersink #centennialsuffrage themed ink along with a red @carandache Léman. Statistically most people of all genders don't give a shit about voting, but ultimately equality is probably a good idea and I think there are already books that say that so I won't type one. #govote #noodlersink #carandacheléman #fountainpens #postagestamps #nocluehowhashtagsworkandatthispointimtoaffraidtoask #nibporn #freshlyinked — August 25, 2020 · 8:16 AM UTC · post
